Flourescent Effect Paint is the enamel that makes surfaces bright and visible from a distance, even in the absence of light.
The fluorescent effect is brought out by applying flourescent paint on a white background. It dries to the touch in roughly 15 minutes and dries fully in roughly 24 hours
